With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Steven has led technology, operations, cybersecurity, human resources, facilities, enterprise risk management, and global security for organizations operating worldwide. As Chief Information Officer of a global enterprise technology company, he oversaw technology operations spanning more than 150 countries and led the launch of business operations in 24 countries. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive leadership teams around the world to deliver complex transformation initiatives, enterprise technology strategies, governance programs, and large-scale product implementations.

Today, Steven brings that enterprise experience to mid-market organizations through Safebox Technology’s advisory-first approach, combining Fractional CIO and CISO leadership with the operational capabilities to execute. His philosophy is simple: technology should create clarity, accountability, resilience, and measurable business outcomes—not complexity.
